Yes, you can reschedule, things happen. Reschedule right from your confirmation email or contact us directly through the chat with us button. (see FAQs)
Yes, you can cancel. If you want to cancel your phone or chat reading, you must cancel 12 hours before the start of your reading for a full refund. If you cancel within the 12 hour window before your reading begins, there will be a 25% fee and the remaining balance is refunded. (see FAQs)
