What are the different ways to contact you about any questions or concerns?

  • Call: If you call, please allow 24 hrs (during business hours) for a callback or response to question(s) you are inquiring about in the call. Please speak clearly when you're leaving your message. If we are unable to understand the message, we will NOT return the call due to not knowing the nature of the call. If you are in a situation where you are unable to leave a clear message, please send a text. Your call is important to us.
  • Text: If you send a text, you will receive a response back the same day if it’s during hours of operation. If it’s after business hours, we will respond by the end of day of the next business day.

Website: On our website there is a “Chat” button on the left hand bottom corner.

How old do I have to be to place an order for a reading?

You must be 18+ to purchase a reading on the website.

 

What types of readings are offered?

The readings offered in the store are video (personalized recorded video), phone and chat.

I need help using the gift card.

An email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout for the gift card. Look for an email from “HABITS Tarot” and open it. There will be a purple button that says “View Gift Card” near the bottom of the email. Once you click the button it will open up a new tab that shows the gift card code and a scannable barcode. There will be a 16 character code on the image of a gift card, which you can copy and paste into the “promo code” area when you checkout.

Please check spam or junk mail if you have not received your gift card. If you have checked and still have not received it, please contact us immediately on the website from the “chat with us” button or email at support@habitstarot.love.

I have a question that you might not offer from the current services. Do you offer other personalized/custom services that are not listed in your current services? 

We believe that any question you have we can answer with one of our current services. However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for and need further help, please email our support team at support@habitstarot.love.

How do I schedule an appointment for an email, video, phone or chat reading?

Email - Cosmic Guidance Reports

  1. Select the reading that best fits your needs from our Collection of Readings (Intuitive Insight Report or AstroHoroscope Report). 
  2. Then "add to cart", you will be directed to the booking calendar.
  3. Select the earliest time and day available. 
  4. At the bottom of the screen click on the book me button. (You will receive your reading via attachment sent to your email within 5 business days from the day you selected on the booking calendar.) 
  5. Now it's time for the "Details & Background (optional)" you would like me to know about the subject you're asking about, this is where you provide context for the question.
  6. The “Question(s) (required)” you want to ask. Once you have completed entering your question(s), click the "Book Now" button.
  7. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive your personalized reading within 4-5 business days from the date selected on the booking calendar to your email via pdf attachment.

 

Video readings ONLY for Same Day - Intuitive Readings, Standard - Intuitive Readings & Love Readings. Videos are personalized recordings and sent directly to email for you to view.

Video - Standard

  1. Select the reading that best fits your needs from our Collection of Readings (Standard - Intuitive Readings or Love Readings). 
  2. Then "add to cart", you will be directed to the booking calendar.
  3. Select the earliest time and day available. 
  4. At the bottom of the screen click on the book me button. (You will receive your reading via a link sent to your email within 4-5 business days from the day you selected on the booking calendar.) 
  5. Now it's time for the "Details & Background (optional)" you would like me to know about the subject you're asking about, this is where you provide context for the question.
  6. The “Question(s) (required)” you want to ask. Once you have completed entering your question(s), click the "Book Now" button.
  7. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive your personalized reading within 4-5 business days from the date selected on the booking calendar to your email via link.

Video - Same Day

  1. Select the reading that best fits your needs from our  Same Day - Intuitive Readings Collections (Quick Straightforward, Quick Detailed & In-depth). 
  2. Then "add to cart", you will be directed to the booking calendar.
  3. Select the earliest time available. 
  4. At the bottom of the screen click on the book me button. (You will receive your reading via a link sent to your email the same day from the day you selected on the booking calendar.) 
  5. Now it's time for the "Details & Background (optional)" you would like me to know about the subject you're asking about, this is where you provide context for the question.
  6. The “Question(s) (required)” you want to ask. Once you have completed entering your question(s), click the "Book Now" button.
  7. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive your personalized reading the same day from the date selected on the booking calendar to your email via link.

Phone

  1. Go to Phone Reading. Select the time frame 15 min, 30 min or 1 hr. Then click on "add to cart".
  2. You will be directed to the booking calendar, and select the preferred day and time you would like to talk on the phone. Click on the “Book Me” button. 
  3. Answer a few questions about how you would like to be contacted on the selected preferred day and time. Once you have completed typing your answers, click the "Book Now" button.
  4. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive a confirmation of booking.
  5. You will receive a phone call at the scheduled day and time selected.

Chat* 

  1. Go to Chat Reading. Select the time frame 15 min, 30 min or 1 hr. Then click on "add to cart". 
  2. You will be directed to the booking calendar, and select what preferred day and time you would like to chat through text messages. Click on the “Book Me” button. 
  3. Answer a few questions about how you would like to be contacted on the selected preferred day and time. Once you have completed typing your answers, click the "Book Now" button.
  4. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive a confirmation of booking.
  5. You will receive a text at the scheduled day and time.

Something came up, can I reschedule my reading?

Yes, things happen. We ONLY offer rescheduling for the Phone & Chat Collection. Reschedule right from your confirmation email. 

 

Can I cancel my Phone or Chat order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for either a Phone or Chat Reading. We do not offer canceling an order for Intuitive Readings and Love Readings.

Phone or Chat: If you want to cancel your phone or chat reading, you must cancel 6 hours before the start of your reading for a full refund. If you cancel within the 6 hour window before your reading begins, there will be a 15% fee and the remaining balance is refunded. What is not allowed is to avoid fees by rescheduling and then canceling your order. If that does happen, the 15% fee will still be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded.

 

How do I receive my order?

You will receive your order to your email address you provided via link or pdf attachment by the 4th or 5th business day by 11:59 PM CT. The link to your personalized reading will be yours for download. It is yours for future viewing and can be viewed as many times as you like within the 90 days from fulfillment. So please download or save within the 90 days from fulfillment.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your reading in *4-5 business days after you receive an email of order confirmation. Within 4-5 business days you will receive an email from us notifying you, your reading is on the way. Be on the lookout, you will have your order within 6 hrs of receiving the email "your order is on the way". Orders submitted after 5 pm CT will be considered the next day. The reading will be sent out by the 4th or 5th business day by 11:59 PM CT. *Excluding Saturday and Sunday.

 

Can I get an update on my order status?

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your personalized video reading. The current turnaround time is 4-5 business days excluding weekends. I appreciate your patience!

 

I placed my order. Did you receive it?

Please check your email for confirmation of purchase from us. If you received a confirmation email, there are no needed steps to be taken. A confirmation email means your order has been confirmed and you will receive your reading within 4-5 business days.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email to confirm the purchase of my order.

If you DID NOT receive your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. Please add us to your contact list for further communication from us regarding your order.

Go to our "Chat" button on the website, click it. Select "track my order" and check to see if your order was purchased by typing in your information prompted. If you don't see your order, send a message in the chat box. 

or

Email us at support@habitstarot.love to confirm your order was received.

 

How do I ask additional questions?

With each reading you can ask a question or questions for each reading offered. Please follow the instructions below.

  1. Once you are on the product page for one of our readings in Collections “Same Day - Intuitive Readings”, “Standard - Intuitive Readings" or "Love Readings, select the reading that best fits what you are wanting answered, then click "add to cart". You will be directed to the scheduling calendar. 
  2. From the calendar, select the earliest day and time available. Click "book now" and you will be asked to fill in the text boxes for "Background & Details" and "Questions". 
  3. Fill in the text box for “Background & Details” which is optional.  
  4. Fill in the text box for “Questions” with your questions and you have successfully asked your additional questions. 

 

Can I get my reading the same day?

Yes, you can. The Same Day - Intuitive Readings Collection

 

I’m looking for a quick answer to my question. Which service is best for me?

Please see our Same Day - Intuitive Reading Collection, Standard - Intuitive Reading Collection, the Standard - Straightforward and Standard - Detailed. Also, our Phone or Chat Collection if you would like to communicate with a 15 min live reading. 

 

I’m looking for a detailed answer to my question and the Same Day and Standard - Detailed & Straightforward Readings will still leave me wanting more answers to my question. Which service is best for me?

Please see our Same Day - Intuitive Reading Collection, the Same Day - In-depth Reading if you would like your reading the Same Day. Our Standard - Intuitive Reading Collection, the Standard - In-depth Reading, Cosmic Guidance Reports and our Phone & Chat Collection if you would like to communicate with a 30 min or 1 hr live reading.

 

I want to ask questions for multiple subjects.  Which service is best for me?

The Same Day and Standard Intuitive Readings offer up to 5 questions answered but if you want more details surrounding the subjects I’ve selected the readings below that would best fit multiple subjects.

Please see our Same Day - Intuitive Reading Collection or Standard - Intuitive Reading Collection, the Same Day - In-depth or Standard - In-depth Reading and Phone & Chat Collection.

  • Same Day - In-depth Reading: You are able to get more time dedicated to each subject and able to receive your reading the same day.
  • Standard - In-depth Reading: You are able to get more time dedicated to each subject and you will receive your reading within 4-5 business days from the appointment day scheduled on the booking calendar.
  • Phone & Chat: With phone or chat you can ask as many questions within the time frame you purchased.

 

I have a few subjects I want to cover. How do I ask questions with more than one subject?

If you have more than one subject, any of our readings will cover multiple subjects. More than one subject means you are asking about for example: love, work and a vacation. That would translate into three subjects being asked. For example, if you want the Standard - Detailed: 

  1. From the "Standard - Detailed" product page, select "add to cart", you will be directed to the booking calendar.
  2. Select the earliest time and day available. Click on the “Book Me” button. (You will receive your reading via a link sent to your email within 4-5 business days for Standard Readings and the same day for Same Day Readings from the day you selected on the booking calendar.) 
  3. Now it's time to ask your question(s) and your "Details & Background" you would like me to know about the subject you're wanting clarity. Once you have completed entering your question(s), click the "Book Now" button in the right hand corner.
  4. Review order and add any "Special Order Instructions" if you have any. If everything is in order, click the "Check Out" button and continue the check out process. Purchase your order and you will receive your personalized reading within 4-5 business days for Standard Readings and same day for Same Day Readings to your email via link.

 

I did not receive my order.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you did not receive your reading, please check your email for the "your order is on the way" email. Please check your SPAM folder for the email if it's not in your primary account.

You received the email “on the way”, please be patient if you are still within the 6 hour window from email. If you received that email and did not receive your order within 6 hrs, please contact us through the "Chat" button on the website or email us at customercare@habitstarot.love.

 

Am I able to download the video?

Yes, upon delivery of your video it is available for download, which we strongly suggest. Google allows you to either download the video directly to your computer, save to your cloud or add the video to your drive. You can decide what works best for you. We keep the video for 90 days on our cloud.

 

Can I ask a follow up question and how do I ask the question?

Yes, you can ask a follow up question. We want you to have clarity, so they are welcome. All readings, except Phone & Chat Readings offer follow up questions. Up to 3 follow up questions for Intuitive Readings & Same Day Readings and up to 5 follow up questions for Love Readings.

When you receive your reading to your email provided and completed viewing, you might have follow up questions. The way to get your follow up questions answered is reply back to the email followup@habitstarot.love. Please give me up to 48 hrs to respond to follow up questions. Thank you for your patience and much appreciated.

 

It's AFTER the 90 days that I received my reading and I can no longer access my reading. What should I do?

For any reason you were not able to download your reading and it is after 90 days, please contact Customer Care at customercare@habitstarot.love. If you would like a copy of your reading, we will be able to provide a copy for a small fee. You will then have 14 days to download your reading. Please provide this information when contacting Customer Care:

  • first and last name
  • order number

What are the shipping rates?

I placed my order. Did you receive it?

Please check your email for confirmation of purchase from us. If you received a confirmation email, there are no needed steps to be taken. A confirmation email means your order has been confirmed. Also, you can check to see if it was confirmed directly from the website. Click on the "Chat" button and select track my order or in the chat window inquire about your order.

How do I receive my order?

Your item will be mailed to the address provided in packaging that coincides with the size of the order. Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

You can check your order directly from the store. Go to the "Chat" button and select "track order". You will then be prompted for the order number. Enter the order number and you will be able to find updated information about your order status. 

 

Can I get an update on my order status?

Please utilize our “Chat” button on our website. You will enter your order number and email and receive more information about status. Also, check your email for status updates. If you are not receiving the emails, please check spam/junk folders.

 

I did not receive my order.

If you did not receive your item and the status is delivered, please contact us through the "Chat" button on the website or email Customer Care at customercare@habitstarot.love.

What is your refund policy?

You may return most items* within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange provided the items are unopened, in original packaging and are in new and resalable condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees may be refunded in the event of a manufacturer's defect, items shipped in error or items damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact Customer Care for a return shipping label so a refund claim can be processed. 

*Personalized items such as email, video recorded, phone or chat readings are not refundable unless for certain circumstances. Refunds without reasonable cause are not permitted. Claims of inaccuracy do not constitute a reasonable cause.
